Warranty

Your new TravelTone Guitar has a limited lifetime warranty, meaning your instrument is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for life, with certain limitations. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser, who must provide proof of purchase for warranty claims.

What will we do if a guitar is damaged or defective?

If a defect occurs, TravelTone Guitars will repair or replace the instrument at our discretion and with materials and components that are similar to the originals. This warranty covers domestic shipping costs, labor, materials, and parts for repairs deemed necessary by us. If a replacement guitar is necessary, we will select a comparable model of similar value. If the guitar is damaged beyond repair while with TravelTone Guitars, it will be replaced with a comparable model of similar value.

If a guitar is damaged in a way that is not covered by this warranty, we will do our best to offer timely repair services at a fair cost.
