Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original method of payment. All returns must be approved by TravelTone Guitars, LLC before a guitar is returned to us.

To initiate a return: Email us at info@traveltoneguitars.com with the following information:

The serial number of your guitar (on the frame near the leg rest).

A brief explanation of why you would like to return your guitar.

Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for the condition of the guitar when it is returned to us. We recommend that you use insured shipping and take photos or videos of your guitar when you repack it for return in case it is damaged in transit! Local returns in the Portland, OR area may be arranged at no cost at TraveTone Guitar’s discretion.

Partial refunds and rejected returns: Products with worn, damaged, or missing components not covered under warranty may be accepted as a partial return, where an amount less than the original purchase price of the guitar is refunded. In cases of excessive damage, a return may be rejected. If you decide not to accept a partial refund or if a return is rejected, we will send your guitar back to you at our expense. Determination of partial refund amounts and rejected returns are at the discretion of TravelTone Guitars.

To be eligible for a full refund, a product must be:

Shipped back to us, with approval, no more than 30 days after you received it. (Please don’t wait until the 29th day to initiate a return!)

In like-new condition with no wear or damage to the guitar, strings, or accessories.

Packaged with all original accessories.
